Service

By accessing or using the Marres Insights analytics platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Access is restricted to individuals issued an account by Marres Insights. Accounts are not publicly available. Self-registration creates a pending account that an administrator must confirm before access is granted. Admin accounts are created exclusively through the server bootstrap process — there is no UI path to promote an account to admin.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at marresinsights@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

The Platform is provided solely for legitimate marketing research and competitive intelligence purposes on behalf of Marres Insights or its named clients. You must not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the Platform's source code or proprietary models.
• Share your credentials with any third party.
• Submit data for analysis that you do not have the right to process.
• Circumvent any security, access control, or rate-limiting feature.
• Use automated scripts or bots outside of approved API integrations.

When you submit a client configuration for an analytical run, you represent and warrant that you have authority to submit the specified data on behalf of the named client, and that the submission does not violate any applicable law, third-party platform terms, or confidentiality obligation.

Marres processes client configuration data solely to execute the commissioned analysis. We do not use client data for any other purpose.

All software, models, methodologies, output formats, and visual design elements comprising the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Marres Insights Pte Ltd. These Terms grant no ownership interest in the Platform.

Analytical outputs delivered to clients are licensed for internal business use in accordance with the applicable client service agreement. Outputs may not be resold, sublicensed, or published without prior written consent from Marres Insights.

The Platform integrates with Apify, Groq, RunPod, Google Calendar, Replit, and Neon. Use of the Platform is subject to those services' terms where applicable. Marres is not liable for interruption, error, or data loss arising from a third-party service failure.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". Marres makes no warranty, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Analytical outputs are generated by probabilistic models for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Marres Insights' total liability for any claim arising from the Platform shall not exceed fees paid by you or your organisation to Marres in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Marres shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of data.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We may update these Terms at any time by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
